Just a little reminder to all of our lovely members:
The committee members are all volunteers and do so out of enjoyment, therefore please do your best to appreciate and help them enjoy!
Our rules say that complaints are to be made in writing to our registered address (details on our web) which will be discussed and dealt with at the next committee meeting.
When you are competing for club or attending a venue for a clinic you are representing club and therefore should be courteous and respectful at all times.
You are responsible for collecting droppings at all venues, please make sure you have a poop picker of your own.
Please make sure you are familiar with and follow our club rules available on our website.
Thank you very much :-)
All lessons are £12 from 1st July, Except Cross Country which is £15. Clinic prices will vary and will be advertised.
Body protectors to the current standard are compulsory for all riders participating in club Cross Country events, lessons, camps or clinics, indoor or outdoor, where the obstacles are fixed or rigid. Riders and horses not found to be wearing suitable safety equipment will be prohibited from participating. It is the members (parents/guardians for children) responsibility to ensure that correctly fitting safety equipment is worn. Information on safety equipment and body protectors can be found at http://www.beta-uk.org/pages/safety-equipment/body-protectors.php"
Unfortunately due to lack of demand we are stopping the 5.30 lead rein/beginner class until we have more people wanting to attend the lessons.
The Dates of forthcoming lessons, clinic and competitions are now located on the tab on the left of this page called DATES. Please let Amy know your bookings by the 24th June.

Minimus Show Jumping 4th April at Pencoed College was a massive success. Prize money was paid out for every class. A huge thank you to our sponsors For the results see our news pages.
Swapping or cancelled lessons!!!
It gets pretty confusing all this swapping lessons last minute so we have decided that we (or Amy rather) will not be able sort swaps for people once the bookings have been confirmed. People will have to sort themselves by contacting someone on the reserve list. When the replacement comes to pay they must say who's space they are riding in. Therefore if you give up a space you must make sure it is covered and paid for, same for swaps.
If for unforeseen circumstances we are not able to bring our jumps to club on a Thursday evening the lesson will be changed to Flat without notice.
A huge well done to our members who competed in the Festival of the Horse area 15 qualifier at Pontispool. For the full report see the news pages.
